Riyadh Development Company And Agility Logistics Parks Partner For SAR 227 Million Logistics Facility

In a significant development for Riyadh's logistics sector, Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO) and Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) have entered into a vital partnership. This collaboration aims to establish a cutting-edge warehousing facility in a strategic location to the east of Riyadh. The project, valued at SAR 227 million, signifies a major investment in the region's infrastructure, promising to enhance Riyadh's status as a key logistics and distribution hub.

The initiative will see the construction of 58,000 SQM of Grade A warehousing space on a 97,904 SQM plot within the Rimal district of Riyadh. Agility, a renowned name in the logistics field, will undertake the construction on land that ARDCO owns.

This venture is not just about expanding physical infrastructure but also about driving growth in one of the most promising sectors in the region. The facility is poised to open its doors in the first half of 2026, with construction slated to begin in 2025, marking a significant milestone in Riyadh's development trajectory.
