The Ritz-Carlton Doha Appoints Global Talent Connie Kim To Elevate Culinary Excellence

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, a leading destination for fine dining, has appointed Connie Kim as its new Director of Food and Beverage. This move is part of the hotel's strategy to attract top global talent, ensuring guests enjoy luxurious and diverse culinary experiences.

Connie Kim, originally from South Korea, has an impressive career with numerous achievements at various Ritz-Carlton hotels. She joins The Ritz-Carlton, Doha after serving as Director of Food and Beverage for The Ritz-Carlton Group Yachts during the Efrema Festival opening. There, she managed five restaurants, six bars, and in-suite services.

General Manager Carlo Javaghia expressed his delight at Connie Kim's appointment: "We are pleased to welcome Connie to our team. Before her role with The Ritz-Carlton Group Yachts, Connie was Senior Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando Grande Lakes. There she achieved one of the highest revenues within the group and played a key role in launching the Knife & Spoon restaurant, which earned a Michelin star.
