RAKEZ Partners With DHL Express To Enhance Logistics Solutions For Small And Medium Enterprises

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DHL Express, a prominent name in express logistics. This partnership aims to enhance logistics capabilities for businesses within RAKEZ, especially benefiting small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The agreement was signed by Yaser Abdulla Al Ahmed from RAKEZ and Mahmoud Haj Hussein from DHL Express UAE at the RAKEZ Compass Coworking Centre.

Under this agreement, DHL Express will introduce a customised programme for RAKEZ clients. This initiative will allow them to access credit accounts and receive special incentives, including a three-month onboarding benefit. Additionally, SMEs will have a dedicated contact person to provide improved sales and after-sales support.

The collaboration also includes joint marketing efforts such as webinars, media activities, and social media campaigns. These initiatives aim to increase awareness about the new services available to RAKEZ clients. This strategic partnership is expected to make doing business within the RAKEZ ecosystem easier, strengthening its appeal as a preferred base for SMEs.
