RAK Properties Marks Major Milestones In Mina Al Arab Development Projects

RAK Properties, the largest publicly listed property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, is celebrating significant progress in its Mina Al Arab real estate projects. The latest updates reveal that all 661 apartments in Bay Residences Phase 1 and Phase 2 are sold out. Construction is on schedule, with 75% completion, ensuring timely handover.

Bay Views, a 344-unit residential complex on Mina Al Arab’s Hayat Island, is advancing well. This established waterfront community features lush landscaping, protected coastal wetlands, and pristine beaches. The enabling phase is fully completed, and the sub-structure is nearly 70% finished. Recognised as the ‘Best Residential Project’ at the Design Middle East Awards 2023, Bay Views offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.

Cape Hayat spans 22,854 sqm and offers luxury residential apartments with direct beach access. Located on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, this development combines elegance, innovation, and sustainability. It aligns with the RAK Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Strategy 2040 and Barjeel Green Initiatives. The enabling phase is complete, and the sub-structure is 65% done.

Marbella Villas consists of two- and three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab. The enabling, sub-structure, and super-structure are fully completed. Finishes, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and external works are at 90% completion. This project is set for an early handover.

Mina Al Arab offers a vibrant island community with a clubhouse, community park, waterfront promenade, seafront dining and retail options. It also features scenic cycle and pedestrian paths along with access to five-star resorts and spas.
