RAK Properties And United Al Saqer Group Introduce One Facilities Management For Enhanced Service Delivery

RAK Properties and United Al Saqer Group (UASG) have introduced a new venture named "One Facilities Management" (One FM). This collaboration aims to merge iFM's technical expertise and digital capabilities with RAK Properties' customer-focused approach. The goal is to establish a model that excels in performance, scalability, and long-term success.

The partnership leverages RAK Properties' extensive local market knowledge and operational presence alongside UASG's global facilities management expertise. This combination of strengths is expected to drive innovation in service delivery. One FM intends to set new industry standards by providing comprehensive, end-to-end facilities management solutions.

One FM will concentrate on serving various sectors, including residential communities, commercial developments, mixed-use properties, industrial assets, hospitality, education, and healthcare. The emphasis will be on safety, energy efficiency, service excellence, and enhancing customer experience.
