Rabdan Academy Launches Resilience & Diplomacy Forum To Shape Future Leaders In UAE

The "Resilience & Diplomacy Forum: Leaders & Alumni Dialogue" has been launched by Rabdan Academy in collaboration with the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy. This event, held at the Rabdan Academy campus in Abu Dhabi, aims to unite graduates from both institutions with leaders across various sectors for meaningful discussions. The forum's goal is to cultivate leaders who can integrate security resilience with diplomatic skills, aligning with the UAE's vision of strengthening national capabilities.

Designed as a platform for exchanging ideas across sectors and borders, the forum brings together thought leaders and senior figures to redefine crisis management principles. It also seeks to establish a global network of graduates who contribute beyond their institutions. Nikolay Mladenov, Director-General of the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, highlighted the collaboration's role in enhancing strategic resilience. The opening session was led by Staff Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili from the Ministry of Interior. Under the theme "International Cooperation in Addressing Security Challenges," he emphasised international collaboration's importance in tackling current threats. His address called for a proactive approach to global security challenges.
