PureHealth Achieves AED 505 Million Net Profit And AED 1.1 Billion EBITDA In Q1 2025

PureHealth Holding PJSC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange under the symbol PUREHEALTH, has released its financial performance for the first quarter ending 31st March 2025. The Group reported an 8% increase in revenue compared to the previous year, reaching AED6.6 billion. This growth was observed across all segments of PureHealth's operations.

The Group's EBITDA rose by 5% year-on-year, amounting to AED1.1 billion. Additionally, net profit saw a 3% increase, totalling AED505 million for Q1-2025. These figures highlight the company's robust financial health and strategic direction.

PureHealth Reports Strong Q1 2025 Financials

Shaista Asif, the Group Chief Executive Officer at PureHealth, noted that the first quarter results demonstrate solid growth across all core segments. She attributed this success to increased patient volumes in their hospital network both locally and internationally. The insurance division also showed strong momentum with high renewal rates and expansion into new markets.

The Chairman of PureHealth, Kamal Al Maazmi, remarked on the impressive Q1 results by stating, "PureHealth’s strong Q1 2025 results underscore the strength of our integrated healthcare model and the resilience of our long-term strategy.
