Presight And SwissAI Collaborate To Enhance Urban Planning With AI-Powered Solutions

Presight, a prominent big data analytics firm in the region, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Swiss AI AG (SwissAI), a Swiss company known for integrating human intelligence with advanced AI. This collaboration, announced during GITEX Global 2024, aims to enhance urban data analytics and optimisation by leveraging SwissAI's expertise in AI and machine learning.

The partnership will focus on analysing extensive city data, such as traffic patterns and energy consumption, to improve urban infrastructure and planning. By combining Presight's big data analytics capabilities with Generative AI, the collaboration will develop predictive urban models. These models will simulate various development scenarios like land use optimisation and environmental impact assessments.

Under the MoU, both companies will prioritise sustainable city management. They plan to advance energy efficiency, decarbonisation, waste management, and water management through AI innovation. This approach aims to achieve long-term sustainability goals in urban environments.

In smart mobility and traffic management, the partnership seeks to implement AI-driven systems to predict and alleviate traffic congestion. The goal is to optimise public transportation and enhance overall urban mobility for better city living conditions.

The collaboration also extends to developing AI-powered tools aimed at improving citizen engagement and public services. These tools will assist municipalities in resource allocation and enhance essential services delivery, including healthcare and education.
