Partners Forum 2025: Strengthening Collaboration To Achieve RTA’s Strategic Objectives

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai recently hosted the Partners Forum 2025. This event aimed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing among government and private entities. The forum supports RTA's strategic goals by enhancing partnerships for future projects, contributing to a more sustainable and efficient transportation system in Dubai.

During the forum, RTA unveiled its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. This plan outlines key goals focusing on integration, innovative mobility, sustainability, health, safety and security, customer satisfaction, and future readiness. The event gathered 58 representatives, including over 30 key partners. Sessions featured lively discussions and active participation.

Muna Al Osaimi, CEO of the Strategy & Corporate Governance Sector at RTA, stated: "This annual Partnership Forum continues to evolve, reflecting RTA’s commitment to transparency and effective communication with its partners undertaking projects across Dubai." Al Osaimi emphasised the importance of partnerships in driving sustainable growth and promoting innovation.

Al Osaimi further added: "This year’s agenda focused on maximising the value of partnerships, identifying opportunities, and forecasting outcomes before implementation." The first session explored tools to optimise joint operations with an emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.

The forum was attended by strategic partners, directors, and partnership representatives. It marked a significant step towards achieving RTA's vision by enhancing partnerships' roles in supporting future projects. Attendees expressed high satisfaction levels with 90% rating the event positively due to its quality content.

The event generated over 30 proposals aimed at improving future partnerships. These recommendations focus on fostering integration and driving sustainability across various initiatives. Such forums are crucial for generating valuable ideas that align with RTA's evolving strategic direction.
