GPSSA Forms Over 60 Strategic Partnerships To Enhance Government Services In The UAE

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is enhancing its proactive strategy by partnering with various federal, government, and private sector organisations. This initiative aligns with the UAE government's aim to boost socio-economic sustainability. Over recent years, GPSSA has established more than 60 strategic alliances, creating a more efficient pension and social security system for both employees and employers.

In anticipation of launching the Ma’ashi platform, GPSSA collaborated with 23 federal and government bodies to improve electronic integration processes. A significant project involved working with the Ministry of Possibilities to develop a fully digital service system for pensioners over 60, widows, and unmarried women. This digital transformation allows these groups to access services without needing to visit service centres.

GPSSA Enhances Services with 60 Partnerships

GPSSA's partnerships have significantly improved customer quality of life through collaborations with entities like the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health and Protection, Abu Dhabi Department of Health, Dubai Courts, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, RAK Courts, and Dubai Police. These partnerships are part of a broader effort to streamline data exchange processes for a more cohesive customer experience.

The introduction of seamless business models by the government includes accelerators and services that have led to transformative projects such as the Government Excellence System (GEM 2.0). These initiatives further enhance the UAE’s global competitiveness by promoting innovative solutions.

These collaborative efforts support the UAE Centennial Plan 2071, which aims to bolster the country's global standing through forward-thinking initiatives. By improving data sharing processes, these partnerships ensure a more efficient approach for customers while contributing to the long-term vision of enhancing the UAE's international reputation.

Additionally, GPSSA's collaboration with various ministries has simplified procedures for personal cases like reporting a pensioner’s death, marriage, or divorce. This streamlined approach ensures that individuals can manage their affairs more efficiently without unnecessary delays or complications.

The focus on digital integration reflects a commitment to modernising services in line with technological advancements. By reducing reliance on physical visits to service centres, GPSSA is making it easier for citizens to access essential services conveniently and efficiently.

This comprehensive strategy not only improves service delivery but also supports broader socio-economic goals by fostering an environment conducive to sustainable growth and development within the UAE.
