NWC Collaborates With Global And Local Firms To Boost Digital Infrastructure Initiatives
The National Water Company (NWC) has entered into three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with prominent global and local firms. These agreements were finalised during the LEAP 2025 Tech Conference, which took place from February 9 to 12 in Riyadh. The MoUs aim to boost digital infrastructure and introduce advanced technologies in customer service, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.
NWC's first MoU was signed with Oracle, a renowned leader in business applications and systems. This partnership aims to implement innovative solutions for digital transformation. The focus will be on enhancing customer service systems, data analytics tools, business intelligence solutions, and AI applications. These initiatives are intended to align with the company's aspirations and ambitions.

Another significant agreement was made with Cisco, a leader in network infrastructure and communications. This MoU is designed to improve telecommunications infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. It also involves developing digital systems for network monitoring and communication tools while preparing for future AI solution applications.
The third MoU was established with Salam, a leading local telecommunications company. This collaboration aims to support digital transformation by providing advanced internet and communication services. These services are expected to enhance digital performance and improve customer services significantly.
