Education was underscored as a key factor for progress by Al Kaabi. She noted that women make up more than 70 percent of college graduates in the UAE. This statistic highlights the country's dedication to empowering women through education. Such efforts are part of broader initiatives aimed at harnessing women's potential for national development.

Reflecting on her own career journey across government roles, cultural sectors, and international relations, Al Kaabi expressed gratitude towards visionary leaders who supported her path. "I stand here not as an exception but as an example of what can happen when a nation invests in women, working alongside men to achieve shared aspirations," she stated.

Al Kaabi urged young women globally to seize leadership opportunities and pursue innovative ideas. She emphasized that their success would contribute to their nations' progress regardless of their location. "By succeeding, each of you will help your nations lead - no matter where you call home," she concluded.

The UAE's commitment to women's empowerment is evident through long-standing initiatives like the Women's Union founded by H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak. As Chairwoman of the General Women's Union and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Sheikha Fatima plays a pivotal role in these efforts.

Al Kaabi stressed that when women succeed, it benefits families, communities, and ultimately the nation. This guiding principle drives various initiatives aimed at unlocking women's potential across different sectors.

The summit served as a platform for sharing inspiring stories of female leadership while fostering dialogue on inclusive practices. Participants were encouraged to continue building supportive environments that enable women to thrive.
