NMDC And ADNOC L&S Forge Three-Year Agreement For Offshore Development In Abu Dhabi

NMDC Group PJSC and ADNOC Logistics and Services Plc (ADNOC L&S) have entered into a three-year agreement to explore joint efforts in maritime services for offshore projects. This agreement was formalised by Engineer Yasser Zaghloul, NMDC Group's CEO, and Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S, at NMDC’s Abu Dhabi headquarters.

The collaboration aims to enhance the existing partnership between NMDC and ADNOC L&S by establishing a broader framework for ongoing cooperation in offshore EPC projects within Abu Dhabi. The agreement includes marine services and integrated logistics, highlighting both companies' dedication to supporting the emirate’s offshore energy industry.

Engineer Yasser Zaghloul stated, "NMDC Group has, for more than 50 years, proven its unparalleled experience and capability in multi-sector marine EPC infrastructure delivery and complex project logistics. The launch of NMDC LTS, our most recent vertical, enabled the market to benefit from these capabilities and expertise. ADNOC L&S has also established itself as a leader in the sectors of offshore energy support and hydrocarbon logistics services. Both entities operate some of the largest marine fleets in the region."

Zaghloul further mentioned that this agreement will create a strong framework between the two organisations. It will allow them to focus on synergies across various sectors where NMDC Group and ADNOC L&S operate. This collaboration aims to drive market differentiation and value growth, strengthening the industrial marine sector in Abu Dhabi and beyond.
