Tariq El-Titi is recognized for his extensive background in the healthcare sector, particularly in the areas of start-up ventures and strategic leadership at the C-level. His career has spanned various roles within private and publicly listed multinational corporations, semi-government entities, and start-ups across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East. Since moving from the UK to the United Arab Emirates in 2003, El-Titi has dedicated two decades to the enhancement of the healthcare industry across the UAE and GCC.

El-Titi has played a pivotal role in the inception and development of numerous healthcare initiatives. His influential positions include being a founding executive in Dubai Healthcare City, Mubadala Healthcare's Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Proximie. In 2018, El-Titi founded Janus Ventures, focusing on introducing disruptive health technologies to the Middle East. Under his leadership, Janus Ventures has amassed a significant portfolio of venture investments in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, showcasing a strong record of fundraising and successful exits.
