NEOPAY And Deem Finance Partner To Expand UAE SME Working Capital Access

NEOPAY and Deem Finance LLC announced on 09 September 2026 a strategic partnership in Dubai to expand access to working capital for small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE. The arrangement combines NEOPAY’s AI-powered embedded lending platform with Deem Finance’s regulated lending capabilities.

Under the collaboration, eligible merchants will be able to receive tailored funding offers and access approved funds through a secure, transparent and fully digital process. The platform uses merchants’ digital payment and POS transaction activity to provide faster access to financing, with pre-qualified offers surfaced within the merchant’s digital experience.

NEOPAY said its platform was built to address the financing gap faced by SMEs in the UAE. It is designed to reduce reliance on traditional lending processes, removing lengthy paperwork and the need to move between institutions. From pre-qualification to application and funding, the journey is intended to be seamless.

Vibhor Mundhada, CEO of NEOPAY, said the company aims to be a merchant growth partner and welcomed Deem Finance to its embedded lending platform. Deem Finance, licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, said its licensed credit capabilities and expertise in responsible financing would support NEOPAY merchants with working capital solutions backed by the standards of a regulated UAE financial institution. The two companies said the partnership reflects the convergence of payments and regulated financial services in the UAE.
