Nakheel Unveils Exclusive Collection Of Premium Waterfront Villas At Palm Jebel Ali

Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has introduced a new series of waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali. This launch signifies a fresh phase in the development of Dubai's ambitious island project. The release showcases 11 unique villa designs within The Beach and The Coral Collections, each offering a modern coastal lifestyle.

These villas are crafted with input from internationally acclaimed architectural studios. Each design is named to reflect its style and character, focusing on space, natural light, and a strong connection to the sea. Residents will have direct access to the beach and enjoy sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Beach Collection includes five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet. Designs such as Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects and Cobalt Beach by LOCI feature floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the horizon. Other styles include Baia Luna by WATG, Wave Crest by LW Design Group, and Ocean Whisper and Bluejay by SAOTA.

The Coral Collection offers six- and seven-bedroom villas between 11,500 to 12,500 square feet. Designed by SAOTA, LOCI, LW Design Group, and NAGA Architects, this collection includes Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage. These homes blend bold geometries with warm palettes for seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.

Palm Jebel Ali's community infrastructure will include a retail centre with 9,000 square metres of leasable space. A Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) will accommodate up to 1,000 worshippers. The mosque's modern Islamic architecture uses sculptural forms that play with light and shadow to create a serene atmosphere.

Spanning seven islands over 13.4 kilometres with 16 fronds and over 90 kilometres of beachfront, Palm Jebel Ali is establishing a new growth corridor in Jebel Ali. In line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), it integrates smart city technologies and sustainable design principles for a mixed-use community.
