Nakheel Sets Global Benchmark With World's First ‘Platinum’ Rating From Dubai's RERA

Nakheel Community Management (NCM) has achieved a significant milestone by being awarded the 'Platinum' rating in the classification system for jointly owned properties management companies. This recognition comes from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the regulatory authority of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The award was presented during a ceremony at the International Property Show (IPS), marking NCM as the premier community management company globally to receive such an honour.

The award ceremony was attended by notable figures including Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of Dubai Land Department; Mohammed Khalifa bin Hammad, Senior Director of Jointly Owned Properties Management Department of RERA at DLD; Francis Giani, Chief Community Management Officer at Nakheel; and Professor Jeevan John D'Mello, International President of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Speaking on the achievement, Hammad highlighted the role of the AI-driven self-evaluation system in Mollak, developed to uphold global standards in the jointly owned properties management sector. This innovative approach ensures a professional real estate environment through data provided by companies and approved by the Agency.

Giani expressed pride in Nakheel's recognition as the world's first real estate company to attain the Platinum rating in the jointly owned properties sector. He emphasized the company's dedication to governance, compliance, and enhancing the quality of life within the communities under their management.
