MoIAT And Sinaha Collaborate To Boost UAE's Industrial Sector And Promote Emirati Products
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has partnered with Sinaha, an e-commerce platform, to boost the competitiveness of Emirati products. This collaboration will create a digital platform showcasing items with the "Made in the Emirates" label. The agreement was signed by Osama Amir Fadhel from MoIAT and Mansour Mohammed bin Kardous Al Ameri from Sinaha during the Make it in the Emirates Forum at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
A key component of this partnership is the launch of the Walaa’ Platform, overseen by MoIAT. This loyalty platform will involve influencers, media professionals, and community organisations to promote local consumption and celebrate supporters of the Make it in the Emirates initiative. Awareness campaigns are also planned to boost confidence in national products among the public and investors.

Osama Amir Fadhel highlighted MoIAT's dedication to initiatives that unite public and private sectors under the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology. These efforts aim to enhance UAE's industrial sector growth while promoting Emirati product quality through Make it in the Emirates. He stated, "At the Ministry, we are committed to supporting efforts that elevate 'Made in the Emirates' products."
Mohammed bin Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, Chairman of Sinaha's Board, remarked on aligning with leadership directives to bolster national industry capabilities. He noted that this partnership with MoIAT is pivotal for creating a collaborative model between public and private sectors to support Emirati products at all levels. He added, "Industrial development cannot be achieved without recognising the vital role of marketing—it is as important as production itself."
The partnership aims to align MoIAT and Sinaha’s efforts for innovative initiatives supporting national priorities and public-private integration. Focus areas include digital solutions for industrial employment, SME support, and advancing Make it in the Emirates. Al Ameri emphasised marketing’s role in expanding consumer bases and driving economic growth through smart promotion of Emirati products.
Digital Empowerment Initiatives
Sinaha plans to expand its support for national products by enhancing digital and media efforts through this partnership. It will also help develop policies and investment opportunities fostering innovation and long-term competitiveness. The collaboration represents a significant step towards digital industrial empowerment by establishing an integrated system that increases national product value.
Advanced digital tools and AI will be used by the platform to analyse consumer behaviour, providing insights into local markets. This data will aid in raising awareness about Emirati products across industrial and technology sectors. The platform serves as a unified gateway connecting manufacturers with consumers, investors with factories, and talent with job opportunities.
This strategic alliance between MoIAT and Sinaha lays a foundation for comprehensive cooperation in industrial localisation while offering quality employment prospects in future industries. By leveraging these initiatives, both entities aim to strengthen UAE’s position as a hub for high-quality manufacturing and innovation on both local and international stages.
