MoHRE Showcases Innovative AI-Driven Services At GITEX Global 2025 To Enhance Digital Transformation

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) is showcasing its digital advancements at GITEX Global 2025. The Ministry is highlighting its innovative AI-driven services, which are part of its efforts to lead in government digital transformation. These initiatives aim to improve service efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and align with the UAE Government’s digital goals.

Among the key features is the Work Bundle, a comprehensive digital platform that simplifies service access through a single request and payment system. This platform eliminates the need for physical visits and reduces paperwork. It includes three main packages: the Establishments Bundle, the Citizen Bundle, and the Domestic Workers Bundle.

Another significant innovation is Ask Data, an AI tool that allows employees to interactively explore MoHRE’s API Catalogue. It provides quick responses regarding data availability and integration needs across over 100 interfaces. This tool facilitates faster service development and supports data-driven decision-making.

The Eye system is also being showcased. It uses AI to automate work permit applications by verifying documents like Emirates IDs, passports, and employment contracts. This system reduces human error, lowers costs, and speeds up processing using advanced OCR and AI Vision technologies.

The Forecasting Future Jobs and Skills initiative is another highlight. It uses AI to analyse economic trends, employer demands, and skill evolution to predict future workforce needs. The platform integrates data from multiple sources for labour market planning and includes dashboards for scenario modelling and dynamic job-skill classification.

MoHRE’s Smart Safety Tracker project employs Generative AI and computer vision to automatically detect workplace safety violations through images captured during field inspections. This enhances compliance and operational efficiency.

Enhanced User Experience

Visitors can also explore the improved MoHRE Smart App. This app uses AI and Big Data to offer seamless services for establishments, employees, and domestic workers. It simplifies navigation, enhances user experience, provides real-time updates to prevent violations, and empowers workers by informing them of their rights while enabling direct communication with the Ministry.

MoHRE’s participation at GITEX Global underscores its dedication to innovation in creating a proactive digital work environment. These efforts contribute to strengthening the UAE’s position as a leader in government excellence on a global scale.
