MoHAP Recognised With Digital Health Merit Award For Innovative Website Design And User Experience
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has received the Merit Award in the Website category at the Web-based Digital Health awards. This accolade, organised by the Health Information Resource Centre (HIRC), acknowledges MoHAP's dedication to advancing its digital framework in alignment with the UAE Digital Government Strategy 2025.
MoHAP's newly launched website showcases a contemporary design that combines user-friendliness with high efficiency. The services have been restructured to create an interactive digital space, enhancing user experience and simplifying access to information and services for both customers and individuals.

The website incorporates an advanced indexing system that makes searching easier. It also maintains a consistent visual design that reflects the Ministry's corporate identity. Hamda Al Mazmi, Acting Director of the Information Technology Department, emphasised that the site stands out due to its innovative design and competitive features, ensuring a seamless search experience that meets customer expectations.
Al Mazmi further noted that the platform offers reliable information, boosting both user experience and the Ministry’s visual and institutional identity. The Digital Health Awards are prestigious accolades celebrating excellence in IT globally, judged by international experts in the field.
Abdullah Ahli, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector, expressed pride in receiving this award. "We are proud of the Ministry’s website being honoured with the Web-based Digital Health Merit Award, which reflects our commitment to adopting innovative solutions and utilising technology to advance the health sector in the UAE," he stated.
He added that this recognition is a testament to their teams' expertise and technical skills.
