Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Presides Over Swearing-In Ceremony For New Judges At Dubai Courts
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, led the swearing-in of new judges at the Rental Disputes Center and Dubai Courts. The ceremony took place at Za’abeel Palace. He welcomed 12 judges, emphasising their role in ensuring justice and resolving rental and joint property disputes effectively.
The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries including H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai; H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler; and H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council. Other attendees included Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney-General of Dubai, and Marwan bin Ghalita, Director-General of the Land Department.
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the judiciary's vital role in enhancing real estate market stability and fostering a secure investment climate in Dubai. He reiterated the UAE's dedication to providing top-notch judicial services that protect everyone's rights according to international legal standards.
The newly appointed judges expressed gratitude for the leadership's trust in them. They pledged to maintain high standards of justice and integrity at both the Rental Disputes Center and Dubai Courts. Their commitment includes applying laws impartially while safeguarding all parties' rights.
Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Disputes Center, commended the leadership’s dedication to advancing the judiciary and creating a stable legal environment. He expressed confidence that these new judges will elevate service standards and justice delivery.
The Chairman also thanked H.H. Sheikh Mohammed for his unwavering support in improving services at the Center. This support has been instrumental in building trust within Dubai's real estate sector.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Sabousi, Secretary-General of the Dubai Judicial Council, along with other senior officials and judges were also present at this significant event.
The new judges reaffirmed their commitment to contributing towards making Dubai a global leader in legal excellence through impartial law application.
