Mohammed Bin Rashid And President Duda Strengthen UAE-Poland Ties At World Governments Summit 2025
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, met with Andrzej Duda, President of Poland. This meeting took place during the first day of the World Governments Summit (WGS) 2025. The event, which started on a Tuesday, will continue until 13 February under the theme ‘Shaping Future Governments’.
The discussions between the leaders focused on enhancing bilateral relations and economic cooperation between the UAE and Poland. They explored ways to strengthen ties, with Poland's participation in WGS 2025 seen as a chance to advance global government partnerships and promote the exchange of expertise in government innovation.
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasised that the World Governments Summit is a crucial platform for fostering collaboration among nations across essential sectors. The goal is to shape a better future for societies worldwide by sharing expertise in government modernisation and learning from successful international experiences.

The meeting was attended by several notable figures, including H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai; H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai; H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs; and Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation.
