Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment Enhances Digital Infrastructure With Oracle Database@Azure Adoption

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) is enhancing its digital infrastructure by adopting Oracle Database@Azure. This move is part of their strategy to improve systems related to planning, asset management, and customer services. The new cloud database aims to support MBRHE's vision for innovation and sustainability while ensuring security and flexibility.

By integrating Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with Microsoft Azure, MBRHE aims to create a unified technological platform. This integration will enhance operational efficiency in housing grants, loans, exemptions, and exchanges. Additionally, it will speed up process automation and facilitate the use of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to improve customer experience.

MBRHE plays a crucial role in providing housing solutions for Dubai citizens under the National Housing Program. It sets housing standards, manages urban development projects, and expands access to affordable housing through grants and partnerships with the private sector. This technological upgrade aligns with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, which focuses on sustainable city development.

The Oracle Database@Azure solution is a result of a strategic partnership between Oracle and Microsoft. It offers Oracle Database services as a native Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) within Microsoft Azure. The solution provides ultra-low latency, built-in support for Real Application Clusters (RAC) technology for high availability and scalability, running enterprise workloads on the world-class Oracle Exadata platform.
