Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub Unveils VIP Terminal Boulevard To Enhance Aviation Services In Dubai

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has unveiled 'The VIP Terminal Boulevard,' a new project aimed at attracting top aviation firms and luxury retailers. This development, located next to the thriving VIP Terminal, spans 769 metres and includes 16 premium buildings. These structures offer cutting-edge facilities and retail spaces across a total area of 204,000 square metres.

Construction is underway on Aviation One, a six-storey building within The VIP Terminal Boulevard. This structure combines modern architectural design with advanced functional layouts, showcasing MBRAH's dedication to innovation and excellence. The boulevard will be completed in phases starting in 2026.

Positioned strategically as part of MBRAH's integrated aviation ecosystem, this development provides an unparalleled opportunity for global companies aiming to establish or expand their presence in the region. The boulevard is expected to attract leading aviation companies and luxury brands, further enhancing Dubai’s status as a premier business destination.

MBRAH serves as a free-zone destination offering high-level connectivity for global aerospace players. It hosts leading airlines, private jet companies, maintenance centres (MROs), and related industries. Located within Dubai South, MBRAH also houses training and education campuses aimed at strengthening engineering sectors to support Dubai's ambition of becoming a leading aviation hub.
