Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub And Atherion Aerospace To Launch New Manufacturing Facility In Dubai South
The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has entered into a partnership with Atherion Aerospace, a subsidiary of Economic Group Holdings (EGH). This collaboration will see Atherion develop advanced aerospace manufacturing services at MBRAH. The initiative aims to meet the UAE's increasing need for specialised aviation production and aligns with Dubai's goal to become a leading global aviation hub.
During the Dubai Airshow 2025, the agreement was signed by Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBRAH, and Sheikh Sultan Majid Hamad Binsaqar Alqasimi, Managing Director at EGH. Saif stated, "Our partnership with Atherion Aerospace marks an important milestone in strengthening Dubai’s integrated aerospace ecosystem." He emphasised MBRAH's role in attracting global industry players and supporting advanced manufacturing within Dubai South’s aviation infrastructure.

Rawoof Ali, Executive Director of EGH, expressed pride in partnering with Dubai South to establish Atherion Aerospace. He noted that this venture signifies EGH's strategic entry into aerospace manufacturing. "This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our journey to diversify and expand into high-value industries that align with the UAE’s vision for industrial innovation and sustainable economic growth," Ali said.
