Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub And Al Burj Holding Collaborate To Enhance Global Investor Access In Dubai

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has entered into a strategic partnership with Al Burj Holding, the operator of Dubai Hub in London. This centre specialises in providing advisory and executive services, acting as a comprehensive platform for investors, companies, and individuals abroad. The collaboration aims to bolster Dubai's global presence and reinforce its status as a major hub for business and services.

During the Dubai Airshow 2025, Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBRAH, and Abdulaziz Alshaikh, Chairman and CEO of Al Burj Holding, formalised the agreement. Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, was also present. The partnership seeks to improve access to Dubai’s aviation sector and simplify government-related services for international investors looking to establish or expand their operations in the emirate.

Aerospace Hub and Al Burj Holding Partner for Investors

Dubai Hub will act as an international gateway for MBRAH under this agreement. It will offer global aviation businesses access to a wide range of Dubai Government services related to business setup, licensing, visas, notary and judicial services, as well as legal and commercial consultancy. This initiative aligns with MBRAH’s goal of attracting foreign investment into Dubai’s aviation industry.

By leveraging Dubai Hub’s international network, MBRAH aims to promote its integrated ecosystem and facilities to foreign investors. This collaboration will enable seamless government facilitation for clients abroad while highlighting the services available within Dubai's aviation sector.

Tahnoon Saif stated that the partnership with Dubai Hub supports ongoing efforts to expand Dubai’s global reach. He said it aims to attract high-value investments into the aerospace ecosystem by providing simplified access to government services and business opportunities in Dubai through collaboration with Dubai Hub’s international platform.

Abdulaziz Alshaikh expressed pride in partnering with MBRAH. He noted that this collaboration extends the value proposition of Dubai’s entities beyond the UAE. "This collaboration reinforces our mission to connect global investors and companies with Dubai’s thriving business environment through a seamless, efficient and transparent service model," he added.

Strengthening Investment Facilitation

This partnership represents a significant step in enhancing Dubai's global investment facilitation framework. It further solidifies the emirate's position as a leading destination for business innovation and aviation excellence. By streamlining processes for international stakeholders, it underscores Dubai's commitment to fostering a conducive environment for growth and development.
