Mohammed Bin Hamad Programme For Leadership Development Launched To Empower National Talent In Fujairah
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, emphasised the importance of investing in national talent as a key priority for the Government of Fujairah. This focus aligns with the emirate's strategic vision and supports its development across various critical sectors. The statement was made during the launch of the "Mohammed bin Hamad Programme for Leadership Development" at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
The programme is designed to cultivate a group of leaders with innovative visions and enhance Fujairah’s sustainable competitiveness. It aims to strengthen young leaders' skills in achievement and impact, enabling them to embrace future technologies and improve leadership effectiveness and strategic decision-making amid digital transformation.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director-General of Fujairah Digital Government, was present at the event. H.H. Sheikh Mohammed highlighted directives from H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, focusing on empowering national competencies. This initiative aims to develop skills and performance levels to enhance government work systems in Fujairah.
The programme's ultimate goal is to realise Fujairah's vision by equipping national leaders to support government entities effectively. By fostering leadership capabilities, it seeks to elevate both institutional and individual outcomes in line with the comprehensive development seen in Fujairah and across the UAE.
The launch ceremony witnessed attendance from directors of federal and local departments within the emirate, alongside a large gathering of employees. This initiative underlines a commitment to preparing leaders who can navigate future challenges while contributing significantly to governmental progress.
