Modon Unveils Maysan: A New Freehold Residential Development On Reem Island

Modon has introduced Maysan, a premium freehold residential project on Reem Island. The initial phase includes two areas: Mayar and Thoraya. Spanning over 600,000 square metres, the design draws inspiration from boutique-style indoor/outdoor living. This development aims to enhance Abu Dhabi's reputation as a leading example of urban growth.

The first area, Mayar, introduces 132 stacked maisonettes, a novel concept for Abu Dhabi. These homes blend natural surroundings with modern living. Designed to foster a lively community, they offer diverse experiences. The four-storey maisonettes are set within a gated community featuring a large spine park with scenic walking paths.

Thoraya, the second district, merges contemporary design with community spirit. It comprises 184 townhouses crafted from elegant materials and accessed through a secure entrance. Communal gardens, children's play areas, and a gym are included to balance relaxation and recreation.

Maysan is tailored for families, professionals, investors, and expatriates. It offers lifestyle amenities such as a community centre, beach access, and park access. A green spine connects the community to promote wellness and healthy living.

Future phases of Maysan will feature villas, park district villas, and beach residences. These spacious homes will have efficient layouts and enhanced facades ranging from three to five bedrooms.
