Ministry Of Community Empowerment Showcases Emirati Family Entrepreneurs At Global Village 2025/2026

The Ministry of Community Empowerment is actively participating in the 30th session of Global Village 2025/2026. Their pavilion, "971 From the Community," highlights 32 innovative projects by Emirati family entrepreneurs. This initiative aims to empower these families by nurturing their creativity and entrepreneurial skills, providing platforms to promote their products, and supporting them in achieving economic and social stability.

The pavilion showcases a variety of products that reflect the authentic Emirati identity and culture. These include heritage items, fashion, accessories, personal care products, incense, perfumes, food items, and beverages. Additionally, contributions from People of Determination affiliated with the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination and the Ghars Center for Social Empowerment are featured. These contributions highlight home-based projects created by their members.

The Ministry's vision of "From Care to Empowerment" is embodied through this initiative. It supports Emirati family entrepreneurs in establishing home-based projects and entering the local market efficiently. This aligns with the Ministry’s efforts to engage families in the nation’s development journey and foster a collaborative environment for growth and sustainability.

Global Village hosts the pavilion from 15th October 2025 to 10th May 2026. As a leading destination for culture, shopping, and entertainment in the region, it provides extensive marketing opportunities for Emirati family entrepreneurs. The high visitor turnout from diverse nationalities offers significant promotional benefits for these projects.

This year’s pavilion also includes the Emirates Villages Project by the UAE Council for Balanced Development. This addition enriches the showcase with community-driven initiatives from across the nation. The pavilion serves as a platform for introducing innovative Emirati products that cater to diverse tastes while reflecting a modern identity.
