Mardi Holding, a prominent real estate development firm from Georgia, has unveiled plans to broaden its operations into the United Arab Emirates. This initiative aims to draw investors towards high-end, branded properties in Georgia, in collaboration with the globally renowned hospitality group, Accor.

With its foundations in Batumi, Mardi Holding has made significant strides in the real estate sector since 2010, building on a legacy that spans over three decades across various industries. It boasts an impressive track record, having successfully completed nearly fifteen major projects, including residential, commercial, and hotel developments, known for their exceptional quality.

The company's venture into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) territories will be officially launched on 28 January 2025 during a special event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. This launch is set to attract a host of stakeholders including investors, partners, and dignitaries, showcasing Mardi Holding's growth trajectory and presenting investment prospects through Mardi Global Investment (MGI). MGI is dedicated to crafting innovative, high-return projects that encourage economic progression and sustainable practices, aiming to revolutionize investment opportunities.

Mardi Holding Enters UAE Real Estate Sector

HRH Prince Juan Bagration-Mukhrani, the Managing Partner of Mardi Holding, shared his excitement about the expansion, emphasizing Georgia's allure for UAE investors. He highlighted the country's diverse landscapes, from the vineyards of Kakheti to the alpine meadows of Svaneti, and the cultural richness of its capital, Tbilisi, which marries ancient architecture with a lively arts scene. Batumi, with its subtropical climate and modern skyline, was praised as an ideal second home destination, offering "something for everyone."

Facilitating this move into the UAE market is ZAM Prime Properties, led by Faisal Contractor. This subsidiary of Mardi Holding, located in Business Bay Dubai, will play a critical role in bridging connections between Georgian properties and potential investors in the UAE. The strengthened connectivity between the regions is further supported by daily four-hour flights from Dubai to Tbilisi and the convenience of a shared time zone, making travel and communication more accessible.

During the Dubai event, Mardi Holding will showcase its diverse portfolio of projects, which includes the Batumi Hills, offering unique living experiences that echo local culture and traditions, and the Mercure Hotel Aquapark Batumi, Georgia's first all-inclusive hotel designed for wellness and outdoor activities.

Other notable developments include the Mardi Aquapark Wellness Resort & Residence, blending luxury with adventure, and Novotel Living Batumi, the first on the Black Sea coast under the Novotel Living brand, offering apartment owners and guests added benefits and membership to the ALL – Accor Live Limitless global loyalty program.

The strategic expansion of Mardi Holding into the UAE represents a significant milestone in the company's growth, highlighting the vast potential for real estate investment in Georgia. With its commitment to quality and sustainability, alongside the strategic partnership with Accor and the logistical support from ZAM Prime Properties, Mardi Holding is poised to make a strong impact in the UAE's real estate market.
