Live Nation Middle East And BRAG Form Partnership With Expo City Dubai To Manage Premier Venues

Live Nation Middle East, in collaboration with BRAG, is embarking on a new venture with Expo City Dubai. This partnership involves managing three key venues: Jubilee Park, Al Forsan Park, and Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre. These locations will host diverse events throughout the year, reflecting the cultural richness of Expo City Dubai.

Jubilee Park can accommodate 12,000 people, while Al Forsan Park has a capacity of 5,000. Both offer expansive outdoor spaces ideal for festivals and cultural gatherings. The Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre provides a more intimate setting for up to 2,000 guests, perfect for emerging artists and community events.

Expo City Dubai and Live Nation are committed to sustainability. They aim to align with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 Strategy by implementing eco-friendly practices across all venues. Initiatives include tracking carbon footprints, achieving zero waste to landfill, reducing food waste, transitioning to renewable energy sources, and eliminating single-use plastics.

Amna Abulhoul from Expo City Dubai stated, "Expo City Dubai was designed to be a destination for everyone – a place where people can gather, celebrate and be inspired. This partnership with Live Nation Middle East and BRAG allows us to bring world-class entertainment directly to our communities year-round, making cultural and creative experiences more accessible, more often."

The versatility of these venues is highlighted by Ramzi Nakad from BRAG. He remarked that these spaces serve as a blank canvas adaptable to various formats such as music festivals, art showcases, global summits, and innovative brand experiences. The goal is to unlock the creative potential of these spaces by simplifying the process for event organisers and creators.

James Craven from Live Nation Middle East emphasised the significance of Expo City Dubai as a future hub for live entertainment in the region. He noted that this partnership enhances Live Nation’s venue platform in the UAE. With BRAG's local expertise combined with Live Nation's global network, they aim to bring world-class talent to Expo City Dubai.

Past Events at Venues

The managed venues have already hosted notable events such as Untold Music Festival and Break the Block. Other significant occasions include ELROW and FIFA Fan Zone events. Performances by renowned artists like Jungle, Amr Diab, Tiesto, Adnan Sami, and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan have also taken place at these locations.

This collaboration aims to make cultural experiences more frequent and accessible while promoting sustainability in event management within Expo City Dubai.
