Lebanese President Joseph Aoun Receives FNC Speaker Saqr Ghobash To Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Joseph Aoun, President of Lebanon, hosted Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), at the Presidential Palace in Baabda. This meeting was part of Ghobash's official visit to Lebanon. During the visit, Ghobash conveyed greetings from UAE leaders, including President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice Presidents His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The Lebanese President reciprocated by sending his regards to the UAE leaders. He wished for continued development and prosperity for the UAE and its citizens. President Aoun expressed gratitude for the UAE's enduring support for Lebanon, highlighting the strong fraternal ties between the two nations. He emphasised that this support reflects a deep historical bond.

President Aoun welcomed Ghobash warmly and highlighted the significance of his visit in enhancing cooperation between Lebanon and the UAE.
