Juan's journey in the hospitality industry spans over eight years, covering various leadership roles across Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain. His experience is particularly notable in the realm of restaurant pre-openings and operations, where he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

His most recent roles include key positions at Toro Toro by Richard Sandoval in Grosvenor House Dubai, Circa Modern South American Cuisine & Lounge in Bahrain, and Maya Mexican Restaurant & Bar in Doha. In these positions, Juan proved his dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences and fostering strong, versatile teams.
