Latifa Bint Mohammed Engages With Bangladesh's Interim Prime Minister To Enhance Bilateral Relations
During the 55th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, engaged with Bangladesh's Interim Prime Minister, Professor Muhammad Yunus. The dialogue centred on enhancing bilateral relations between the UAE and Bangladesh and exploring collaborative opportunities across various sectors.
The meeting highlighted the UAE's dedication to fostering international partnerships and promoting sustainable development globally. H.H. Sheikha Latifa stressed the historical ties between the UAE and Bangladesh, emphasising their leadership's commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships aligned with shared goals.
She stated, "The UAE places great importance on fostering strong bridges of cooperation with the People's Republic of Bangladesh across a wide range of fields. Through this partnership, we aim to deepen existing ties and drive greater prosperity and progress for the benefit of both nations and their peoples."
Discussions also explored collaboration opportunities to support sustainable development in Bangladesh. Key areas included renewable energy, infrastructure development, and essential services. H.H.
