Landmark Group Contributes AED 5 Million To Support Fathers' Endowment Campaign In UAE

Landmark Group has pledged AED5 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This initiative, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to honour fathers in the UAE. It establishes a sustainable fund to provide healthcare for those in need. The campaign is part of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) and encourages donations in honour of fathers.

The campaign seeks to instil values of honouring parents, compassion, and solidarity. It also aims to reinforce the UAE's leadership in charitable work and promote the concept of charitable endowments. Renuka Jagtiani, Chairwoman of Landmark Group, commended the initiative as a generous effort by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

AED 5 Million Contribution to Fathers' Endowment

Renuka Jagtiani highlighted the UAE community's generosity and commitment to aiding those in need. She stated, "We are honoured to continue to be part of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives’ efforts towards uplifting vulnerable populations globally. It is inspiring to see the UAE community, that Landmark Group is an active member of, getting behind this initiative and embracing the Ramadan spirit of giving."

The Fathers’ Endowment campaign continues to accept donations from both institutions and individuals. Contributions can be made through six main channels including the campaign’s website (Fathersfund.ae) and a dedicated call centre via toll-free number (800 4999). Bank transfers in UAE dirham are also accepted at Emirates Islamic Bank.

Donations via SMS are available for Etisalat by e& and du users by sending "Father" to specific numbers: 1034 for AED10, 1035 for AED50, 1036 for AED100, and 1038 for AED500. Other platforms include the DubaiNow app under "Donations" and Dubai’s community contributions platform Jood (Jood.ae).

This campaign not only honours fathers but also strengthens community bonds through shared acts of kindness. By facilitating various donation methods, it ensures broad participation from different segments of society.

The Fathers’ Endowment campaign exemplifies how collective efforts can make a significant impact on improving lives. Through this initiative, Landmark Group reaffirms its commitment to supporting humanitarian causes alongside other contributors.
