This technological upgrade incorporates several components including a Central Control Unit (CCU), Smart Nodes (SN) for zone-level regulation, and a Connect Module for integration with existing systems. The inclusion of 75F's Facilisight platform allows for real-time monitoring and analytics, coupled with Dynamic Airflow Balancing (DAB) and energy monitoring tools, to significantly boost energy efficiency and air quality.

This integration facilitates a smooth transition, ensuring easy installation and operation, backed by a four-year post-warranty maintenance service for long-term reliability. The system's mobile and web app-based controls provide users with instantaneous access to energy efficiency metrics and system alerts, enhancing convenience and operational responsiveness.

With this partnership, KIND not only reinforces its leadership in distributing innovative and sustainable HVAC products in the UAE but also bolsters its global footprint. The company's hallmark HVAC solution, Spiralite®, together with LG's advanced product suite, offers clients comprehensive solutions that emphasize energy conservation and improved indoor air quality.

The UAE's HVAC market, valued at roughly $5.20 billion in 2023, is anticipated to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.10% from 2024 to 2032, reaching an estimated $7.47 billion. This growth is propelled by increasing demand for energy-efficient HVAC systems, spurred by retrofit, greenfield, and refurbishment projects.
