Khalifa Bin Zayed Air College Secures AABI Accreditation For Four Aviation Programmes

Khalifa bin Zayed Air College has achieved a significant milestone by securing full international accreditation from the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI) for four of its aviation programmes. This accomplishment, supported by the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training (CERT), marks the first time an institution in the region has received AABI accreditation for all its aviation education programmes.

The accredited programmes include B.S. in Aviation Science – Fixed Wing Pilot, Helicopter Pilot, UAV, and Air Defence. This recognition makes Khalifa bin Zayed Air College the first military air college globally to have four programmes accredited simultaneously by AABI. These programmes are now uniquely recognised worldwide for their concurrent accreditation.

CERT played a crucial role in guiding the accreditation process at every stage. By leveraging its vast expertise and international partnerships, CERT accelerated the journey to achieve this accreditation milestone swiftly. Their strategic support was instrumental in ensuring that Khalifa bin Zayed Air College met the highest standards of quality and excellence in aviation education.
