KEZAD Group And Jotun Abu Dhabi Sign 50-Year Lease To Build AED 450 Million Facility In Abu Dhabi ICAD
Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group and Jotun Abu Dhabi have agreed a 50-year land lease in ICAD - KEZAD Musaffah. The new facility supports growth in the UAE’s paints and coatings market, which is expanding alongside construction activity and contributing more to the country’s non-oil economic output.
The project involves an AED450 million investment by Jotun Abu Dhabi in a new manufacturing plant covering 83,177 square metres. Operations will shift from the company’s existing 22,000 square metre site, and the larger base in KEZAD is expected to generate around 200 jobs within the industrial zone.

The agreement strengthens KEZAD Group’s role as a base for manufacturing in Abu Dhabi and aligns with wider industrial plans.
