KEZAD Group Partners With Sam Force For New Community Retail Centres

Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group, a prominent entity in the realm of developing integrated and specialized economic zones, has recently entered into two significant land lease agreements with Sam Force Trading. This collaboration is set to elevate the retail infrastructure within KEZAD by establishing dynamic retail community centres. Sam Force Trading, known for its expertise in real estate development and operations in Abu Dhabi, will spearhead the construction and management of these centres at two strategic locations in KEZAD.

The upcoming community retail centres, located in Khalifa Industrial Area (KEZAD Al Ma’mourah) and ICAD (KEZAD Musaffah), aim to serve the varied needs of the residents and businesses within the KEZAD community. These centres will offer a wide range of commercial and retail services, including dining options such as restaurants and cafes, supermarkets for daily needs, and business centres to support professional activities. This initiative is expected to significantly contribute to enriching the lifestyle and core amenities available to the community.

Fatima Al Hammadi, Chief Commercial Officer at KEZAD Group, highlighted the importance of these agreements with Sam Force.
