KEZAD Communities Transforms Into Sdeira Group To Enhance Employee Housing Solutions

KEZAD Communities, a prominent provider of integrated residential solutions and a subsidiary of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones, has rebranded as Sdeira Group. This change aligns with its goal to become a leading investment and development entity in shared housing and sustainable complex development. The announcement was made at an official event at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi, attended by officials from AD Ports Group and key stakeholders.

The rebranding ceremony also introduced Sdeira Group's new logo, symbolising its vision and values inspired by the Saih Sdeira area. The new identity reflects the Group's ambition to influence future developments through smart investments that positively impact the economy. This commitment ensures added value for stakeholders while enhancing efficiency, resource management, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities & Free Zones at AD Ports Group and Chairman of Sdeira Group’s Board of Directors, stated that renaming KEZAD Communities to Sdeira Group supports their mission to maintain leadership in trade, industry, and logistics services. He emphasised their dedication to transforming employee housing facilities by providing comprehensive solutions that bolster economic growth in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Abdulaziz A. Bawazeer, CEO of Sdeira Group, highlighted that this strategic shift aims to enhance their role in developing integrated housing solutions. "The launch of Sdeira Group...represents a significant and strategic shift aimed at enhancing our contribution to developing integrated solutions," he said. This move is designed to meet partner and client aspirations by delivering high-quality services based on responsibility and efficiency.

Sdeira Group operates across four main sectors: Sdeira Real Estate, Sdeira Investments, Sdeira Services, and Sdeira Real Estate Management. The real estate management division includes three primary products: Aryam, Square, and 68 Living. These offerings aim to reshape the investment landscape by adhering to high standards of environmental responsibility and resource efficiency.
