Keeta Partners With UAE Ministry Of Investment To Establish New Headquarters In The UAE
The UAE Ministry of Investment has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta, the international arm of Meituan, to establish Keeta's headquarters in the UAE. This move aims to boost the nation's leadership in digital commerce, technology-driven logistics, and AI adoption. Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, UAE Minister of Investment, and Tony Qiu, Vice President of International Business at Meituan and CEO of Keeta, signed the MoU.
Keeta plans to contribute significantly to the UAE’s economic vision by creating over 350 high-skilled jobs. The company will also integrate more than 5,000 local SMEs onto its digital platform. This initiative supports SME growth and enhances regional market access. Additionally, Keeta aims to invest hundreds of millions of USD in the UAE over the next three to five years.

The Ministry will assist Keeta in establishing its UAE headquarters by facilitating interactions with federal and emirate-level authorities. This support ensures a smooth transition for Keeta while exploring investment incentives aligned with national frameworks. The collaboration underscores the UAE's commitment to fostering a conducive environment for international business expansion.
Keeta will introduce advanced logistics solutions like drones and autonomous vehicles to improve sustainability and efficiency.
