International Charity Launches Projects Worth Over AED 246 Million In Early 2024

The International Charity Organisation revealed that its projects, both within and outside the UAE, surpassed AED246 million in the first half of 2024. This announcement was made during a Board of Trustees meeting at the Organisation's headquarters in Ajman, chaired by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi.

Sheikh Mohammed Al Nuaimi highlighted the crucial support from H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council. This backing facilitated numerous charitable projects aimed at improving life quality in remote communities.

AED 246M+ Charity Projects in 2024

These initiatives included building schools, health centres, mosques, and Quran memorisation centres. Additionally, well-drilling projects and productive family projects were implemented to support unemployed youth and other community needs.

Al Nuaimi emphasised that the achievements in the first half of 2024 were not merely numerical but represented significant initiatives that positively impacted underprivileged communities. These efforts transformed poverty-stricken villages, turning orphans' lives into success stories and providing hope for impoverished families.

Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the Organisation, reviewed key milestones achieved during the Ramadan and Al Adha campaigns. He noted that field visits in countries like Senegal, Mauritania, Niger, and Kyrgyzstan marked a distinctive impact in these regions.
