In an ambitious move to broaden its horizons, Inhabitr, renowned for being the first AI-powered commercial real estate furnishing platform, has officially announced its expansion into the Middle East. This strategic growth is highlighted by the establishment of new office and design studios in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the Alsulaiman Group, a leading Saudi-based conglomerate. This partnership is set to bolster Inhabitr's capabilities, especially in last-mile delivery and installation services across the region.

By employing AI trained explicitly for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), Inhabitr introduces a comprehensive solution that streamlines design, procurement, delivery, installation, and financing. This innovation not only accelerates the furnishing process by up to 50% but also makes it 30% more cost-effective compared to traditional methods. Inhabitr's impressive portfolio includes furnishing over 20,000 units in the US, spanning a diverse range of property types such as hotels, offices, and multi-family residences, among others.
