Huawei Mobile Services And EternityX Launch Strategy For $1 Trillion China-GCC Market Opportunity

The report highlights China's outbound economy's rapid expansion, with 145 million trips in 2024 and $805 billion in spending. However, the Middle East captured less than 10% of this flow. Additionally, $192.2 billion in outbound investment focuses on AI, infrastructure, energy, and logistics—sectors aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and UAE diversification agendas.

This collaborative report provides a data-driven blueprint for unlocking China's affluent outbound audiences. These include 15–20 million travelers, over one million investors, and 50–60 million high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), representing a $1 trillion+ economic opportunity across tourism, investment, and luxury sectors.

The report identifies three immediate imperatives for GCC enterprises seeking measurable returns: bridging messaging and market access by aligning tourism and investment narratives; localising content using Simplified Chinese on trusted platforms; and engaging younger HNWIs through personalised campaigns.
