Hamdan Bin Zayed Visits Abu Dhabi International Boat Show To Promote Maritime Industry Growth
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, recently attended the seventh Abu Dhabi International Boat Show (ADIBS) at ADNEC Marina Hall. This event, organised by ADNEC Group, has drawn significant participation from prominent local and international maritime companies, as well as leading manufacturers of boats, yachts, and marine equipment from around the globe.
During his visit, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan was joined by Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court; Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan; Nasser Mohammed Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ruler’s Representative Court in Al Dhafra Region; Issa Hamad Boushehab, Advisor to the Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region; and Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC Group.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan received insights into the latest technologies and equipment influencing the maritime and sports industries during his tour. He interacted with senior officials and decision-makers from major local and international companies participating in the exhibition. They provided him with a comprehensive overview of new products and innovations showcased at the event.
He expressed gratitude for President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's steadfast support in enhancing the maritime industrial sector and promoting maritime tourism activities. He noted that this backing will positively impact national companies by fostering strategic partnerships with global firms and localising maritime industries within the UAE.
The exhibition serves as a unique platform uniting experts from both the UAE and worldwide. It facilitates knowledge exchange while supporting ongoing efforts to expand marine industries and bolster the blue economy in the UAE. H.H. Sheikh Hamdan highlighted its role in promoting sustainable economic growth through innovation and investment.
