Hamdan Bin Mohammed Engages With First Companies Awarded Dubai AI Seal During Dubai AI Week

During Dubai AI Week 2025, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met with representatives from the first companies awarded the Dubai AI Seal. This initiative, launched in January 2025 by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI), aims to build trust in AI firms and strengthen Dubai's status as a global leader in artificial intelligence.

The Dubai AI Seal is awarded to companies that meet strict evaluation criteria, ensuring they maintain high standards of quality, security, and responsible use. Certified companies receive a unique serial number and classification, allowing government and private sector organisations to identify trustworthy AI partners.

All licensed tech firms offering AI products or services are evaluated based on several criteria: the nature of their activities, the number of specialised engineers employed, current projects, and partnerships with stakeholders. This assessment ensures only reputable companies receive the seal.
