Since establishing its regional base in Dubai in 2018, TikTok has seen significant growth in the MENA region. The platform has gained popularity among younger audiences, with its user base expanding rapidly due to strong acceptance and dynamic evolution within this market.

The meeting was attended by several notable figures including H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council (DMC).
