The Therme Dubai project will be located in Zabeel Park and developed with Therme Group's expertise. With an estimated cost of AED2 billion, it will be funded by local and international partners. Completion is expected by 2028. The resort will integrate wellness facilities to enhance medical tourism and improve residents' quality of life.

The design includes sustainable engineering principles, using advanced technologies for water treatment and energy efficiency. It will recycle 90% of water used in thermal pools and meet 80% of cooling needs through clean energy sources. The resort aims to become a cultural hub with art installations from around the world.

The building will feature three zones: Play Zone for family fun, Relax Zone for adults with mineral pools, and Restore Zone focusing on rejuvenation with saunas and steam rooms. A Michelin-star restaurant, waterfalls, indoor pools, waterslides, and art installations are among its attractions.

Therme Dubai will house the world's largest indoor botanical garden with over 200 plant species. Guests can enjoy multi-sensory saunas and spa treatments inspired by global bathing traditions like Roman baths and Japanese hot springs.
