GPSSA Introduces Proactive Services For Employers To Streamline Registration And Data Management
The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has introduced new proactive services for employers. These services include automatic registration for employers, insured individuals, and GCC nationals under the pension extension system. Additionally, they cover disbursement of insurance benefits and data updates for insured individuals. This initiative follows successful electronic integration between GPSSA, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), and the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR).
Employers benefit from streamlined processes as GPSSA receives work permit data, employee registrations, or end-of-service cases directly from MoHRE or FAHR. Automated notifications prompt employers to verify information and complete any missing data without manual service requests. This reduces bureaucracy and simplifies procedures.

The proactive services are designed to benefit federal government entities using FAHR’s "Bayanati" system and private sector companies registered with MoHRE. The aim is to provide a more efficient experience for employers through improved data quality and enhanced digital service delivery aligned with high standards of efficiency.
Feras Abdul Karim Al Ramahi, Director-General of GPSSA, stated that this institutional partnership enhances integrated government services. It aligns strategic plans across federal entities with the UAE's vision of improving service quality and supporting national programmes like the UAE Centennial 2071.
Khalil Al Khoori, Undersecretary for Emiratisation and Labour Market Operations at MoHRE, emphasised that facilitating service delivery is crucial for enhancing the UAE’s business environment. The proactive services developed with GPSSA will reduce administrative burdens, improve data accuracy, and encourage faster registration of Emirati employees with GPSSA.
Faisal bin Butti Al Muhairi, Director-General of FAHR, praised the level of digital integration among stakeholders. He noted that continuous coordination ensures accurate data, simplifies customer journeys, and supports building an integrated digital government in line with the national agenda.
Transforming Public Service Delivery
This non-traditional model of public service delivery adopted by the UAE relies on real-time secure data exchange between interconnected systems. It offers seamless services without direct customer intervention, reflecting a significant transformation in how government services are delivered.
The innovative approach simplifies lives while reinforcing the UAE’s global leadership in reimagining public service delivery. It represents a major shift towards more efficient and responsive government operations.
