By the end of the 2024 forum, this number had risen to 60 organisations. The society aims to unite leading institutions focused on strategic planning and future visions with broad positive impacts.

Headquartered at Dubai's Museum of the Future, GFS supports Dubai’s leadership in fostering purposeful partnerships. It strengthens international collaboration in designing the future by bringing together institutions dedicated to long-term visions and readiness for future transformations.

The GFS is committed to highlighting emerging opportunities across key sectors and proposing innovative solutions to global challenges. Member institutions engage in knowledge programmes and specialised training courses that promote long-term design thinking and strategic planning. These activities benefit from shared expertise, collective learning, and successful experiences within the GFS network.

The society's mission is to enhance readiness for future transformations by collaborating on long-term visions with broad positive impacts. It aims to address global challenges through innovative solutions while highlighting emerging opportunities across various sectors.

This initiative reflects Dubai’s commitment to building an inclusive and prosperous future for all through continuous cooperation and strategic partnerships. The GFS continues to expand its reach by attracting more organisations dedicated to shaping a better tomorrow.
